Custom Notifications via Workflows and Campaigns

You can send customized notifications (emails, SMS, in-app, Slack messages) to users from your team directly from your workflows or campaigns.

Select one of the existing workflow templates with a notification, or add a notification step into your workflow or campaign.

There are 4 types of notifications you can send:

We recommend using variables in the text of your notifications to easily identify to which prospect or workflow this notification refers.

Internal email

  • Select the recipient. It can be the prospect's owner or any other user from your company.

  • Add the subject and the body of the email notification.

Internal SMS

Note: Each sent SMS will cost you 1 credit.

  • Select the recipient. It can be the prospect's owner or any other user from your company.
    To send an SMS notification, the recipient needs to have the correct phone number in the profile.

  • Add the text message.

In-app notification

  • Select the recipient. It can be the prospect's owner or any other user from your company.

  • Add the text of the notification.

Slack message

  • Make sure that you've connected your Slack account.

  • Add the notification message.

  • Choose the needed channel/person where the notification will be posted.
