Overloop can send you notifications about recent activity on the account and prospects' interactions with your emails.
Type of notifications
You can choose to receive these types of notifications:
In-app: notifications will appear as a red badge on the bell icon in your navigation bar.
Browser: notifications will be sent to your browser when you're not active in your account.
Email: notifications will be sent to your inbox.
Note: We will send the email notifications to the email address that you use to log into your profile.
Slack: Notifications will be sent to a Slack channel.
Enable notifications
To be alerted, you need to check the boxes available in the notifications settings.
Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
Check the information you wish to receive and how you want to be notified.
Read In-app notifications
Notifications will appear as a red badge on the bell icon in your navigation bar. Click on the bell to view your recent notifications.
How to allow browser notifications
To receive browser notifications you need to:
Switch ON the toggle and click Allow Notifications button.
Click Allow in the pop-up in your browser.
If the pop-up doesn't open automatically, you can also access it by clicking on the lock on the top left of your browser screen.

Overloop supports displaying notifications on the following browsers:
Google Chrome 50+ (computer)
Edge 17+ (computer)
Firefox 44+ (computer)
Opera 37+ (computer)
Overloop does not support displaying notifications on the following browsers:
Internet Explorer
Safari
Any browser on the phone (Coming soon).
Troubleshoot browser notifications on macOS
If you have problems receiving notifications on your browser, it may be because your System Preferences don't allow it. To enable notifications on macOS, please follow these steps:
Go to your System Preferences.
Click on notifications.
Select your browser app.
Make sure your notifications are allowed.
Set Up Slack Notifications
Switch ON the toggle and click Connect Slack button.
Sign in to your Slack account.
You'll be forwarded to the Slack integration settings page. Map the users in your Overloop account to the Slack users and save the changes.
Navigate back to Settings > Notifications and check the notifications you want to receive.
