1-way sync is available for Pipedrive, Hubspot, and Salesforce integrations. It allows you to push prospects from Overloop as new records in your CRM (only 1 way, Overloop > CRM).

If a prospect is already in your CRM account, we won't do anything and will not update them.

Once the needed app is connected and configured, you can create a new workflow or campaign or add a sync step to any existing campaign or workflow in your account.

Then choose the types of records you would like to create in your CRM. Available options depend on your CRM:

  • Pipedrive: an organization, a person, a deal, an activity.

  • Hubspot: a company, a contact, a deal.

  • Salesforce: a lead, a contact, an organization, an opportunity.

Here are a few examples of setting up your 1-way sync:

Create a new deal in Hubspot when a prospect replies

  1. Create a new workflow.

  2. Name it accordingly, for example, "Create a deal in Hubspot on reply", and choose the "prospect-based workflow" option.

  3. Select automatic enrollment.

  4. Select the trigger "replied to a conversation".

  5. Add a Hubspot step to the workflow. Select the "create a deal" option and choose the needed stage from the drop-down.

Create a new person in Pipedrive when a new prospect is added to a certain list in Overloop

  1. Create a new workflow.

  2. Name it accordingly, for example, "Create a person in Pipedrive when a prospect is added to the list Outbound", and choose the "prospect-based workflow" option.

  3. Select automatic enrollment.

  4. Select the trigger "enter a list" and choose the needed list from the drop-down.

  5. Add a Pipedrive step to the workflow. Select the "create a person" option.
