2-way sync with CRMs

Keep the data in Overloop and your Salesforce or Hubspot account up-to-date

2-way sync is available for Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive integrations.

With the 2-way sync, you can automatically push data from Overloop to your CRM and vice versa. When the sync is enabled, it runs every 10 minutes. If there are any changes in one app, we update the info in the other app.

Sync settings

There are 2 options:

  1. Update existing records – the sync will update existing prospects in Overloop and contacts/leads in Salesforce/Hubspot. We will not create any new records.

  2. Create new records and update existing ones – the sync will update existing prospects in Overloop and Salesforce/Hubspot and will also create new records.

We map the records by email addresses. If a record with the same email address already exists, we will update the existing record instead of creating a new one.

Data in Salesforce/Hubspot will always take precedence over the data in Overloop in case of a conflict. Conflicts can occur when data for the same record is different in both apps before the first sync or when data is changed in both apps between 2 syncs.

If a record has fields with blank values, these will never be used to override existing data.

The 2-way sync will never delete any records.

Sync tracking events as notes

With this option, we will add notes to the prospects in your CRM if they:

  • open your email,

  • click a link in an email,

  • visit a page,

  • reply.

Account protection (Salesforce only)

To avoid overloading the system, you can set the maximum number of API calls per day to avoid reaching your Salesforce API request limit. For more information about your API limits, please contact your Salesforce admin.

Enable the 2-way sync

To enable the 2-way sync, switch the toggle ON.

Remember to configure User mapping and Fields mapping before enabling the sync.
