Zapier is a third-party integration tool you can use to get Overloop to interact with hundreds of other services you might be using!
How to get started with Overloop on Zapier
Navigate to Features & Integrations and select Zapier.
Click on Configure Zapier.
If you don't have a Zapier account yet you will be prompted to create one.
You'll be asked for your API key, which you can copy from the same page.
Paste your key into your Zapier account. If your API key was entered correctly, your account will now be successfully connected.
After connecting your account you can create your first zap (workflow).
Which Overloop Triggers and Actions are Supported?
Triggers:
Prospect Created - triggered when a new prospect is created with the Chrome extension or from the app.
New Exclusion List Item - triggered when a prospect or a whole domain is added to the exclusion list.
Prospect Replied - triggered when a prospect replies to your email.
Organization Created - triggered when a new organization is created with the Chrome extension or from the app.
List Created - triggered when a new list of prospects or list of organizations is created.
Workflow Created - triggered when a new workflow is created.
User Created - triggered when a new user in your team is created.
Deal Created - triggered when a new deal is created.
Deal Lost - triggered when a deal is lost.
Deal Won - triggered when a deal is won.
Pipeline Created - triggered when a new pipeline is created.
Stage Created - triggered when a new stage is created.
Actions:
Create Prospect - creates a new prospect in a specific list you choose.
Update Prospect - edit any information field of your prospect.
Enroll Prospect - add a prospect into a workflow.
Search Email - search for the prospect's email address.
Create Organization - create a new organization.
Update Organization - edit any information field of your organization.
Enroll Organization - add an organization into a workflow.
Create Deal - create a new deal.
Move Deal - move an existing deal from one stage of the pipeline to another.
Mark Deal as Won
Mark Deal as Lost
Update Deal - edit any information field of the deal.
Enroll Deal - add a deal into a workflow.
