Create templates for emails, call scripts, and LinkedIn messages, and save your time when creating messages in conversations or campaigns.

Create templates

  1. Navigate to the Settings > Templates page and click on the Add Template button.

  2. Give your template a name that will help you identify it later.

  3. Select the type of template you want to create (email, LinkedIn message, or LinkedIn connection request).

  4. Write the content of your message in the template editor. You can use dynamic variables (choose from the right-side panel) to personalize your message with your prospect's name, company, or other relevant information.

Use templates

Open the editor: when creating an email or a LinkedIn message in a conversation or a campaign, click Templates and select the needed one.
