Create email templates and save your time when sending emails in conversations or creating campaigns.


How to create email templates

Navigate to the Settings > Templates page and click on the Add Template button.

Then enter the name, subject, and body of the email template. You can add links, images, attachments, etc. just like in an actual email.

How to use templates

Open the email editor: when creating an email in a conversation or in the Email step of a campaign, click Templates and select the needed one.
