With a Delay step, you can specify the amount of time you want to wait until a prospect proceeds to the next step of your campaign or workflow.

The countdown starts from the moment when the previous step is completed.

Add a Delay

  1. Open the needed workflow and click on the plus sign to select the Delay step.

  2. Set the delay time. It It must be at least 10 minutes and can be up to 30 days long.

  3. Choose if you want to exclude weekends from the countdown.

  4. Choose if you want your prospects to go to the next step as soon as they open an email, click a link, etc.
