Add a Delay
Open the needed workflow and click on the plus sign to select the Delay step.
Set the delay time. It It must be at least 10 minutes and can be up to 30 days long.
Choose if you want to exclude weekends from the countdown.
Choose if you want your contacts to go to the next step as soon as they open an email, click a link, etc.
