The lists are the tags or labels, which you can use to organize your prospects and organizations.

Prospects vs. Organizations lists

Not to be confused โ€“ organizations lists are different from the prospects lists. Organizations lists are on the Organizations page, and prospects lists are on the Prospects page.

In Overloop you can create an unlimited number of lists for your prospects and organizations.


How to create a list

You can create a new list from the lists panel on the Prospects/Organizations page or when creating new prospects or organizations.

Create a list from the lists panel

You can create new lists and manage existing lists from the Prospects and Organizations pages. Just click the + sign in the Lists menu.

Create a list from the dropdown

You can create a new list directly from any list dropdown (i.e., when creating new prospects or organizations, or updating existing ones). Simply type the name of the list in the search field. If the list doesn't exist you'll be able to create it directly from there:


Add prospects or organizations to a list

Individually (one prospect/organization)

You can add a specific prospect/organization to a list from the prospect's or organization's panel.

  1. Go to the Prospects or Organizations page.

  2. Click on the needed prospect/organization.

  3. Click the Edit button on the Details block.

  4. Click on the List field, choose or create a list.

  5. Click the Save button.

In bulk (multiple prospects/organizations at a time)

If you want to add multiple existing prospects or organizations to a list, you just need to:

  1. Go to the Prospects or Organizations page.

  2. Select the needed prospects/organizations and click Manage prospects/organizations.

  3. Click Add to lists.

  4. Choose the existing lists or create new ones.


Remove prospects or organizations from a list

Individually (one prospect/organization)

  1. Go to the Prospects or Organizations page.

  2. Click on the needed prospect/organization.

  3. Click the Edit button on the Details block.

  4. Click on the List field and remove the lists.

  5. Click the Save button.

In bulk (multiple prospects/organizations at a time)

  1. Go to the Prospects or Organizations page.

  2. Select the needed prospects/organizations and click Manage prospects/organizations.

  3. Click Bulk edit.

  4. Select Lists > Remove from current value > choose the list(s) from which you what to remove prospects/organizations > Save.


Set a list as a favorite

You can add lists and segments to the Favorites menu, which is shown above your other segments and lists, to have quick access to them.

To do so, click on the actions button (three dots) > Add to Favorites.
