You can add multiple contacts to your conversations in Overloop.

Add contacts to a conversation

  1. Go to the Conversations page and open the needed conversation.

  2. On the right side of the page, click on the contact's avatar.

  3. On the dropdown menu, click on the "+" sign to add contacts.

  4. On the search bar, type the contact you want to add to the conversation.

    Done! the contact is now part of the conversation.

Note: The contacts can only access the message you forward to them directly. The conversation timeline with all exchanged messages is only available to you and your team - in case of a team inbox.

In a multiple contacts conversation, you can't send emails to all contacts at once. On the TO bar, you can select the contact who will receive the email.

Remove contact from conversations

  1. Open the needed conversation.

  2. On the right side of the page, click on the contact's avatar.

  3. Find the avatar of the contact you want to delete.

  4. Hover your mouse over the avatar and click on the “x” button to remove the contact from the conversation.
