The Review Queue step is a safety measure that doesn’t let the contacts, organizations, or deals proceed to the next step of the Workflow. It holds them in a queue for your manual review.

We recommend using it in the new workflows to make sure that the flow is configured correctly and the contacts are going to receive the correct email, etc.

Pending Reviews

To see the list of contacts, organizations, or deals that are in the queue, click on the Pending Reviews button.

Move to the next step

To let a contact, organization, or deal proceed to the next step, click on the actions button and Move to next step.

To approve multiple contacts, organizations, or deals at once, select the needed ones and click Manage contacts > Move to next step.

Edit contacts, organizations, or deals in review

If you need to make some changes to the contacts' (organizations' or deals') info before they proceed to the next step, you can do it from the Review Queue. Select the needed contacts and click Manage contacts > Edit in bulk. This option works exactly like the standard Bulk Edit.

Disenroll contacts, organizations, or deals in review

If you decide to remove some contacts, organizations, or deals from the workflow, you just need to select them and click Manage contacts > Disenroll from this workflow.
